Wynantskill Reformed Church- Full Time Pastor
The willing hearts and believing souls of Wynantskill are seeking a minister to provide strong spiritual Christian leadership, a minister who feels called by God, rather than considering this to be “just a job."
It is essential that the members of the Church - school‐aged through the elderly - see their pastor as a compassionate, capable and caring counselor and advisor, someone they feel comfortable talking with during times of personal need. Visitation, specifically home and hospital visits, is extremely important.
We aspire to have ongoing growth in the coming years. A pastor who has led successful efforts to attract new members to a church in the past could do much to help sustain the Church’s presence. This requires having a strong understanding of what attracts individuals and families to a congregation, and helping members utilize the Church’s strengths to bring in new members.
